Endpoints & support
Windows 10/11, workstation lifecycle, troubleshooting, printers, user experience, deployment, and keeping everyday tech dependable.
I'm Robert Benitez — an IT professional who likes the tough problems: untangling broken workflows, connecting the dots across systems, and making technology better for the people using it.
Understand the problem.
Build the fix.
Make it last.
Good IT is more than a fix that works once. It's a solution people can trust the next time, too.
My work sits at the intersection of desktop support, enterprise systems, and practical problem-solving. I’m comfortable digging into Windows, Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, collaboration tools, device management, and the legacy software that still keeps businesses running.
Outside work, I build and maintain my own infrastructure. It gives me a place to test ideas, sharpen my troubleshooting instincts, and understand how the pieces fit together beyond the helpdesk.
A mix of enterprise experience and the curiosity to keep learning what’s underneath.
Windows 10/11, workstation lifecycle, troubleshooting, printers, user experience, deployment, and keeping everyday tech dependable.
Working across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Active Directory, Entra-connected identities, and hybrid environments.
VLANs, DNS, VPNs, secure remote access, self-hosted applications, and figuring out why connected systems stop connecting.
Using PowerShell, scripting, logs, and repeatable processes to make troubleshooting faster and administration more consistent.
An honest snapshot of the problems I like to solve and the environments I build in.
Troubleshooting the messy middle between on-premises Active Directory, cloud services, user provisioning, and Microsoft 365 access.
Working through Windows issues, software compatibility, collaboration tools, and printer problems with a focus on lasting fixes.
Building with Synology, containers, UniFi networking, segmented networks, VPN access, DNS, and practical self-hosting.
Using logs, inventories, tests, and documentation to isolate intermittent failures and turn one-off fixes into reusable knowledge.
I built a lightweight, responsive photo gallery for Pancho, my cowboy-hat-wearing cat. It’s an experiment in accessible design, static hosting, image compression, and having some fun on the web.
Meet Pancho the Thug ↗I’m growing toward deeper endpoint engineering, systems administration, networking, and infrastructure automation — with the same hands-on mindset that got me into IT in the first place.
Let's connectSupport, systems troubleshooting, and learning from production challenges.
Enterprise Windows 11 Administration coursework completed in 2025; ongoing Network+ study and hands-on labs.
Broader responsibility for the systems and experiences that help teams do their best work.
For interesting IT challenges, new ideas, or a conversation about what’s next — I’m always up for connecting.
